What you should know



So you want' to move to Frisco. 
Well you're not alone.  Frisco  is the fastest growing city in the United States, and there's good reason, too. 
     Home to the Frisco Rough Riders AAA baseball team, this city boasts of pride, which evident in the construction of well planned communities with exemplary schools.  Frisco is also home to Stonebriar Center where you will find some of North Dallas's finest shops and restraunts.  
    Location, Location Location...Frisco is perfectly located in the center of Plano,Allen, Mckinney, Fairview and Little Elm.  Direct access to SH 121 together with Dallas North Tollroad makes easy commuting to local emplyers.  There is a little bit of everything in Frisco.
    Schools are among the top reasons people choose a home.  Even those without children of their own, know that the quality of the schools will determine the property values of their home and thus effect their resale value.  But there are other reasons why good schools are important to a city, and Frisco has figured that out.  The FISD has repeatedly ranked among the highest in the state.
     Community Involvement is crucial to the success of a city and in Frisco it is everywhere.  With various programs provided by the city's parks and recreation department there are numerous ways to get involved with others in the community.  There are various events and preformances in  Frisco Square throughout the year. 
      Recreation is another important factor in a city' success, once you get all those businesses, jobs, residents, retailers, and builders creating growth, they are going to need things to do.  Frisco features not one, but three golf course communities, The Trails of Frisco Golf Club, Stonebriar Golf Club, and Plantation Golf club.  In addition to golf, frisco also has an inside full service ice rink, The Rough Rider's Dr Pepper Ballpark, soccer and football fields, recreation centers, community swimming pools, and indoor rock climbing and go carts
         Shopping and entertainment are a major economic force which drives a city's growth.  People will go outside the city limit for a good time and to spend a dime. A good city will keep it's citizens money within its limits by anchoring venues and hosting events.  Stonebriar Mall, located in Stonebriar Center is home to hundreds of shops and restraunts.  IKEA is another major shopping attraction as is Frisco Square. 
The Dr Pepper Ballpark has hosted several concerts and events as well as the convention center.  From Imax 3D  movie theaters to outdoor concerts, Frisco can keep any crowd happy.
