Today Realtor.com annouced it's top 10 online real estate markets.  At the top of the list, Chicago ranks again followed by Detroit.  Dallas ranked number 9 on the list with a medium list price of $194,900.00.

What does this mean for Dallas area real estate?  For starters it means that if you have property to sell in the DFW area, you have a good audience of buyers and Realtors looking in your area.  It also means that if you are looking to buy a home within the Dallas area, they are available and sellers are waiting for the right offfers.
